Windows Server 2003 starts with very slow speed

Hi experts!
I have a Windows Server 2003 installed on a Quad core CPU, and a domain server installed on another PIV CPU.
The problem is that the WIndows Server on Quad core CPU boot at snail-speed, very slow (4 minutes just to allow me to strike Ctrl+Alt+Del).
I have search google for hours  and still have no idea at all. There too much and I cannot understand what going on.
I submit the userenv log here and hope that some expert can found something in it.
Please help.
