User account randomly locking out.

Hi All,
We have a user who's AD account locks out at random times. I have used Netwix account monitor and all it reports is for network drive mappings used by OTHER users (i.e cannot find regisrty keys for them)

It seems that it locks out on only 2 of our external servers and if you unlock it on one it locks on the other. and vise versa.
