We have a problem that seems to plague our users while they travel with their laptops.  While on our network everthing works fine.  When they connect to the internet from home or a wireless hotspot, secure websites (HTTPS://) always display the error "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" message.  A workaround we found was, strangely enough, to create a GPO to enable offline files for the laptop. Then everything works again, but we don't want to use offline files in our environment.  We do not use roaming profiles, but we do re-direct the users Application Data and My Documents to a network share.  Is this our issue, and is there are workaround?  Thanks.
