quest ad to ad issue

we have pourchased quest to do our ad to ad migration. When I run teh migrate and move the users and workstations to teh new domain. teh workstations still point at the old domain and it i point to new domain it created a new profile. how do I amke this as seemless as possible for the end user any help woul dbe greatStart Free Trial
