Software for testing Domain User accounts

Does anyone know of any software for testing and verifying a domain user account I just created on our domain?

For example. I create a user account named: Joe and assign him the default groups

Instead of going over to his comptuer to test his account is setup and he can log in from his PC. Is there some software that I can enter his name and pw and domain to test that the account is able to log intom the domain?
