Zones: Active Directory, Windows 2003 Server

I am getting event viewer errors on both of my two Windows 2003 domain controllers. These are new servers, had some DNS errors, fixed those, everything passes when I run netdiag. The event viewer and dcdiag errors are below. The event view errors come up every few minutes.

Event viewer errors:
Windows cannot query for the list of Group Policy objects. Check the event log for possible messages previously logged by the policy engine that describes the reason for this.

Windows cannot access the file gpt.ini for GPO CN={6AC1786C-016F-11D2-945F-00C04fB984F9},CN=Policies,CN=System,DC=wattsburl,DC=local. The file must be present at the location <\\wattsburl.local\sysvol\wattsburl.local\Policies\{6AC1786C-016F-11D2-945F-00C04fB984F9}\gpt.ini>. (The system cannot find the path specified. ). Group Policy processing aborted.

dcdiag error:
Unable to connect to the NETLOGON share! (\\BURDC1\netlogon)
