S - Adding Windows Server 2008 Member server to Windows Server 2003 Active Directory Domain

I want to add a WIndows Server 2008 member server to a Windows 2003 Active Directory domain.  It seems pretty simple and straight forward, just like adding any server to the domain.  I have been looking around the web to see if there is anything I need to look out for before I do so, but I cannot really find anything.  (Ex. Adding Macintosh integration into AD requires schema edits, etc.).

Does anyone know of any "gotchas" that I need to look out for ?  Again, this 2008 server will be a member server, NOT a domain controller (one step at a time).

Thank you in advance for any assistance ...
