Asked by GregSt in Windows Home Server
On the Windows Home server there are 4 disks
I used the home-server operating system to combine 3 of these disks together. In doing so the OS make the C and D drives. The 4th disk is used as the E drive.
Files on the C and E drives are accessible. Files on the D drive can be viewed in Windows Exlporer, but when attempting to open or copy them the error "the file cannot be accessed by the system" appears.
Items that may pertain to this issue
- the home-server has an iis website that allows access to the files in the D drive
- the 3 drives that are combined together 2 are 1.5TB and 1 is 300GB
