Citrix WebI not talking with citrix farm

Configured new citrix farm in test environment. WebI not seeing the citrix farm. The access Mgmt console won't expand the Presentation Server, the farm doesn't show up for Presentation server, and "run discover" returns "This user account is not an administrator on this farm, or there was a problem contacting the data store. Check that the data store server for the Citrix Presentation Server farm is online, and verify that your account is configured and enabled as an admistrator of the farm"
Every setting & configuration looks correct - like our real environment. I am signing into the servers as domain admin. All the pre-reqs are there. Anything else I can try?
