Using the WHS Connector on a Windows 7 Starter Machine

I know that there are some big'ish restrictions relating to what is provided with Windows 7 Starter edition.

My query is will the WHS Connector work with this Starter edition of Windows 7?

I know that PP3 for WHS provides support for Windows 7 generally but I can't find any specific information relating to Windows 7 Starter.
