How to configure SNMP traps on Windows 2008 server.

Any idea how to set up SNMP traps on a Windows 2008 server (NOT SERVER CORE)?  With Windows 2003 you would installed the SNMP service then configure the traps by opening the properties of the SNMP service.
I have installed the service (via features) but the traps option is not available when I open the properties on the SNMP service.  How do I set up these traps?

I figured it out!  After installing SNMP as a feature, the Trap option will not show up until after you logoff and back on again.
