To log onto this remote computer, you must be granted the Allow Log on through Terminal Services Right....

Hi!
I have pasted a link to another article in the code part. I have this trouble in windows server 2008, and I have done all the things suggested in the linked to article, but I still get the error "To log onto this remote computer, you must be granted the Allow Log on through Terminal Services Right...."

Does anyone have a tip?

Thanks, but about 10 minutes ago I found out that the Domain Group policy "overpowered" the local settings. I guess (and I will take a look when going back to work) I will see in that tool what the policy really are.

Thanks!
I am having the same exact issue...  When I go to "Local Policies" under "User Rights Assignments", "Allow logon throught Terminal Services" there is nothing there.  I do have users set-up as part of the Remote Desktop Users group.
This worked for me too!
