Thanks for your reply, Problem only happens with local printers. The printers who are connected to the network are still available.
I will check these thing tomorow, hope some of these thing are causing this problem.

Redirected printer problem windows server 2008
On my terminal server i experience the following problem, when a user connects to the server he gets serveral redirect printers form his desktop, we user terminal server universal printing for it. this all works fine but after a couple of hours some of the redirect printers lost there connection, the strange thing is that only some of them don't work again, the printer on the remote desktop sais using offline. When u click using online, you get an error message, the remaining redirected printers are still available and working. What can cause this problem this i really driving me mad.

If you can isolate this to lacal attached printers, this would point me to name resolution issues (WINS).
You can either try to simply setup a WINS server (if not present) and / or attach the printers by IP address instead of names (which works around any name resolution problem).
Also make sure, that the clients, to which the printers are connected, are not going to suspend mode or any other power save state. This may also a reaon for inavailable (local) printers.

Just a few ideas / checkpoints:
1.) Have you checked, if power management of the printers may have something to do with this? Are these shared printers (local) or network attached printers (with a print server)?
2.) Are they connected by IP or by sharename? if you use sharenames, do you have WINS installed in your network?.
3.) can you isolate, that these printers, which are offline after a while, have something together (i.e. all local printers or same type, same print server).
4.) Checked for firmware issues (if print servers are used).
