1) Make sure your printer is able to be put on a network (ie: Has a built in NIC or something like a HP JetDirect Box)
You trying to print something on your working on in the Terminal Server to the Local Printer? Or are you just attempting to use the Terminal Server as a WAN Printer Server?
In case 1, just install the printer driver on the local workstation, when you RDP into the TS make sure it's checked in the options to use local printers. This will make your local printers appear as available printers in your RDP session.
In case 2, seems kind of a waste to run a print server over your WAN. You'll need to go into more details whether there's a VPN, on the same domain etc for exact directions. However, in this case you might be better off spending like $30 per site to get a Print server to hook up on each LAN. Check out www.newegg.com for some good prices

I am sure you can print from TS to your local printer as long as you install the printer driver and create variable on the TS server you are good to go. Also, Go to ther TS server and go to All programs --> Administrative Tools --> Terminal service configuration (the middle one) --> Connections --> Right Click RDP-tcp --> Properties --> Client Settings tab. In there, you want to make sure the Windows printer mapping option is unchecked e.com/OS/ M icrosoft_O perating_S ystems/Ser ver/2003_S erver/ Q_23 799217.htm l?sfQueryT ermInfo=1+ lnkevin+pr int+servic + termin
