Windows 2008 as a DNS Server

I have a win2k8 box acting as a cache only server. We have aquired a company in the building and now need to get to that companys intranet site. I would like the dns server to be configured such that it knows to resolve any thing that askes for 'company.local'  to the external interface of that company's gateway.

How do i configure win2k8 to do this
