I have the site listed in the 'Trusted Sites' and I have tried the 'Reset' as well. Still no luck. Thanks for the suggestion though.

I have gone into 'Manage Add-ons' and enabled the ActiveX control. Still when I go to https://<Terminal Server>.domain.com/ts I get the error message 'ActiveX control not installed or not enabled.' I have all the latest Windows updates including Internet Explorer 8. Anyone have any ideas why this isn't working? Thanks.

It does sound similar to the problem with SBS's Active-x RDP problem. Have a look at the following link and in particular #3 re-registering the .dll

With a similar issue and RWW on SBS you can resolve by hitting the reset button under tools / Internet options / advanced, in IE.
Also try adding the https:// site to your trusted sites in IE under security.
