can't find Local Users folder in the Computer Management on Server 2008

Hi,

I have a server running windows server 2008 enterprise 64-bit in a domain. I can't find "Local Users" folder in the "Computer Management -> System Tools".

any suggestions?

no, not there

and i was logged in using a domain admin account, so, i log out and log in as a local admin, now i see it
