When I have a jpg file that I cut from my local desktop, I can not paste it in a ms access form with OLE object table opened in remote desktop or remote app.
When I have a jpg file that I cut from my remote desktop I CAN paste it in ms access form iwith OLE object table opened in remote desktop or remote app.
When I have a jpg file that I cut from my local desktop I CAN paste it in a word document or outlook mail doc. In my remote desktop.

RDP has always seemed to have problems with clip board functions.
Has pasteing into Access ever worked?
One thing you can try is stopping and starting the RDP Clipboard program by using the command:
taskkill.exe /im rdpclip.exe & rdpclip.exe
On the command line. Right after using the command, see if you can now paste into Access. If not, I would suspect something is wrong with the Access install on the server, however you did say that pasting worked fine on the server itself.
