Cannot open emails with attachments using OWA 2000

Asked by debbiez in Windows Server 2008, Exchange Email Server, SBS Small Business Server

Greetings.  I have a client that is using Exchange 2000 on SBS 2000.  In OWA 2000 when you click on any email with an attachment an error 404 page cannot be found comes up instead of the email.  All other emails without attachments open up fine.  I've tried everything I could think of to resolve this.  Anybody have any ideas what would cause this?
