Cannot disable "Complex Password policy" in GPO
Client: Windows 2008 Server (With most updated SP)
Server: Windows 2008 Server (With AD) (With most updated SP)
Login: We login as Administrator in all computer.
Problem: Server enabled "Require Complex password policy" by default. it mean we cannot use 123456 as password because it is too simple. However, after we update the GPO to allow this kind of simple password. We still cannot use 123456 as password while adding new Active Directory Domain user.
Did i miss anything? Need reboot or do something ? Thanks.

Have details. Thanks
In your situation if you are running in 2008 domain functional level then you can also use fine grained passwords which can be set to users and/or groups
Thanks
