RD Web Access using only port 80 and 443

I have a just finish setting up a 2008 R2 Remote Desktop Server (Terminal server) with Remote Desktop Web Access site and a RemoteApp.  All windows firewall was disabled and everything works internally.  Is there a way to have only port 80/443 open and forward to that server and get the RemoteAPP to work from outside the network?  Or do I need to install RD Gateway for that?  Ideally we would like everything to run within the browser instead of a separate window launching the RemoteAPP.  Is this possible?

What if we want to avoid using port 3389?  Can we setup something like logmein where everything is within the browser?
