With Process Monitor I was immedatiately be able to see that my program tries to run some files in the Windows/System32 folder -&gt; of course, user has no read / execute privileges over that file. I've changed that and everything works fine.

Since I can not run executable file as non administrator, I began to wonder is there a log on blocked execution of the exe file? I know that logs are under server manager - diagnostics - event viewer. But, I can not find log about that event.<br />

I log in as non administrator and try to run .exe file. Nothing happens. Then I log in as administrator and try to look the logs about that event - I can't find it. I guess log would resolve at least part of the mystery why I can't run .exe file as non administrator (I've turned off DEP, UAC and firewall).<br />
