DHCP BAD ADDRESS, Cannot remove

Hi
 I have a number of 'BAD_ADDRESS'S' in my DHCP scope, they do not ping and are not in use when i run an IP tracker, but i cannot delete them. Please see attachments, any ideas whay or why these are there and how to remove?

This is caused mostly by a malfunctioning DNS.

Delete the Bad IP addresses from your DNS entries, then restart DNS.

Delete it on DHCP as well.
