Login Background

Can someone walk me thru what I need to do to set up group policy so that all my users will have the same login background on their workstation.

Read a bit on going to User Configuration > Windows Settings > Files  but then I am not sure what I need to put where to set it up.

Or am I  in the wrong area.

We have the desktop wallpaper already set.   I am wanting to create a standard look for the login background.
Maybe I jumped the gun.....   I should read more FIRST....   LOL
Ok....This may be a very dumb question.    I am trying to learn.   When creating the NEW FILE and there is a source and destination file....I am putting the source where I have saved the jpg file for the background and that is on the network.   What do I put as destination?    How do I get it to apply it to the local computer.   If I put C:\Users\Public\Pictures as shown.....won't that put it on the C drive of my server???
