Script or GPO to remove a printer queue

Hey guys,

is it doable to remove a printer queue and add another through powershell or through a GPO?
I have a text file with a list of computers (each computer on a line) which need to have a printer removed and a new one added.
Any idea?

I will read that later today, but can you help me with removing one printer from a list of computers in a text file? Don't want to mess up as I can't test stuff first.

Thanks

Also, all of those are Windows 7 machines, does the powershell cmdlets apply to those too?
Thanks

And how would you join these if I had a list of computers which ALL have the exam same printer installed?

Thanks
