Tracking software to see where employees go on the Internet

I have a MS network with a mixed bag of server 2008r2 and 2003 servers.  I am looking for a piece of software that can track where an individual employee goes on the internet...especially game playing and social networking sites.   I was hoping to obtain software where it will "log" each site (the URL) visited by the employee's IP address or PC name.  Any ideas would be most helpful.  Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Your best bet would probably be a web filter. Most of them have that functionality and then you can block sites.

Thanks for the speedy reply...however, I want more than just a web filter...I want to know where they are going, the time they visited the site(s), the duration, etc.  Thanks.
Some web filters offer that. We have used CIPAFilter and iBoss, both of them offered that as well.
