Only administrator can log into terminal server

I work for a small company that had me convert their one server into a domain controller.  The server that became the DC is also their terminal server box and after the conversion, no one can remote in anymore.  Here is the error log I get:

Issue:
The Remote Desktop Users group on the Remote Desktop Session Host server does not contain any domain users or groups.

Impact:
If the Remote Desktop Users group on the RD Session Host server does not contain domain users or groups, users will not be able to connect to the RD Session Host server.

Resolution:
Use the Remote tab in the System Properties dialog box to add domain users or groups to the Remote Desktop Users group on the RD Session Host server.

All the users are part of the Remote Desktop security group and I am not sure how to fix.  I do understand that it is not a good idea to have your DC as a terminal server but I still have to get it working.

The resolution spells out what you need to do. On the server, view the system properties. On there is a tab with remote settings. On that tab is a remote users section. Users must be in that area. Adding them to the security group alone isn't enough.

Thank you so much.  That solved it.
