Windows Server 2012 errors
In windows server 2012 we get this red flag and gives the attached error.
Also add Roles and Features and Remove Roles and Features are not working. and gives the error that is also attached. We think it is related to .net however we could not come up with a resolution.
Any one could help with a solution?

Role and Feature Refresh Failed with the following error:The Request to list Feature available on the specified server failed.Unable to obtain the feature list.The specified package is not valid Windows Package error : 0x800f0805."

The system couldn't perform updates KB2770917 and KB2785094 and failed. Windows update history comes up however update list does not come up. I can not uninstall windows update. As if windows update never updated anything can I possibly do all the updates from scratch? Is there a way?

Format is better.
sorry if this is not much help but this appears fairly major at first glance. If this is not yet in production and is a fresh build, I would be very keen to rebuild and add the roles and updates without issues. If all else fails I would open a Microsoft support case as I can find nothing for that error in 2012 from my initial search. Good luck
