2012 Remoteapp - Trusted Publisher

Alright, this thing is driving me crazy and after some googling it looks like this is generally a pain to setup.   However, almost all documentation i can find is on Win 2008, so maybe something has changed in 2012 that i'm missing. I created an Enterprise certificate and assigned it to the RD server.  It's shown as "Trusted" and clients do not get any SSL warnings when going to the rdweb website.  However when the client machine goes to open an app and RDP launches i get the dreaded "A website wants to run a remoteapp program.  Make sure that you trust the publisher before you connect to run the program" warning.

I tried unpublishing the app's and republishing them now that I'm using an Enterprise CA but i still have the same issue.  I've verified that our CA is listed as a trusted root certificate authority on the client machines.

Screenshot shows trusted certificate status, warning message, and certificates on server & client.

This worked!
Make sure that you change the lower case to upper case in the Thumbprint!  This was the biggest issue that I saw trying to get the GPO to work properly.
What about for external users? Where you can't control their computers (Not on the domain)
