Warning Event ID 1050 on Windows 2012 server application event log

I keep seeing the Event ID 1050 warning in our Windows 2012 server application event log.

Is this something I need to address? If So what do I need to do?

Description:

This is an unusual amount of time for an agent to process a single event. However, Transport will continue processing this message.
