In Linux this command works:
cp /dev/cdrom mycd.iso

My apologies, WinImage will be much easier.
1. Go to www.winimage.com and download WinImage.
2. Extract the ZIP, and go the dir you extracted to and run WinImage.
3. After doing that, go back into 'Disk', hit 'create cd-rom iso image', input a filename into the box, and hit ok. After that, you should be set.

Windows doesnt have a native command for creating ISO images.
You will have to use a third party tool such as Winimage, Cdrwin (www.goldenhawk.com) or one of the various other software packages
