sorry for the delay in giving you the points. Ididn't read the instructions correctly at the community section and I thought they have passed you the points already.

Actually the problem is not technically resolved. It has yet to recur after I sought help from you guys. And since then there were some changes to the machine. So I don't really know what caused it and what fixed it !!
