I remove IE 6.0 from (add and remove components) and I install IE 5.5 but when I run the IE 5.5 it is still maping to IE 6.0
Anybody can help me or give me the procedure for removing IE 6.0 from windows XP!! or solving the java problem.

The java is not included in the WinXP.
This is in default by design as M$ has lawsuit with Sun.
You can download the latest Virtual machine (build 3802) to load java at this page.
