Monitoring staff Internet use across a Win2000 Terminal server.

I am sys. admin for a small firm of with about 30 staff, all staff run windows2000 terminal server.

This system is only new to our office, and along with it an ADSL connection was installed.

The partners are concerned about possible misuse of Internet access, and I would like to consider possibilities to control, or at least monitor the staff use of the Internet.

I have tried viewing the 'history' for internet explorer, but it does not seem to contain the information I am after.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
