Not to mention that this reall isn't an answer but just a temporary solution. Anyway, this is what the evtlog shows... Anyone have any ideas?

I have been having this issue for about a week.
I went out to www.google.com and mysteriously, this website came up with the exact same error.
But I had to pay $10.00 to get the solution.
So, I subscribed......only to find out THERE WAS NO SOLUTION, topic Abandoned......
Um......change the site so that if a question is abandoned, I don't need to pay $10.00 to find out it was abandoned.....
P.S. I never submitted a question in the first place...since I am now subscribed for a month, I will share a solution if I ever stumble across one....may cost me 5 or 6 more $10.00 at other sites....
On that note, I stumbled across this article and made a registry change which is showing promising results. If it doesn't fix it, I'll re-post.....The Windows 2000 Terminsal Server SP4 clients section for Memory Management. http://support.microsoft.c
