He can get to just google.com just fine?

I have checked security settings that I think would have affected it, I put it into his trusted sites list, I also checked to see if he can browse to other secure pages, which he can.
Any ideas?

You set all Securtiy Zones and Privacy settings back to default?
Cleaned all temporary internet files, cookies and history?
Checked for spyware perhaps with programs such as Spybot @ www.safer-networking.org
Is he running any pop-up blockers or ad-blockers on the system?
Any firewalls just on this PC?
