Cannot get to website

I have a user who cannot get the page https://www.google.com/adsense to come up on his computer in internet explorer.  Everyone else in the organization can, however.

I have checked security settings that I think would have affected it, I put it into his trusted sites list, I also checked to see if he can browse to other secure pages, which he can.

Any ideas?

You set all Securtiy Zones and Privacy settings back to default?

Cleaned all temporary internet files, cookies and history?

Checked for spyware perhaps with programs such as Spybot @ www.safer-networking.org

Is he running any pop-up blockers or ad-blockers on the system?

Any firewalls just on this PC?

He can get to just google.com just fine?

Yes I checked all of the above, and he could get to google.  We did get the problem fixed though, it was the TLS and allow https thru proxy that weren't check in IE advanced settings.  Thanks for you help!
