Just another thing, it's not like Symantec where you can run a server and update all machines from there by installing a .dat file on each of the machines. Basically just have to configure each one of the machines once to auto update at a certain time and you're set from there.

Yeah easy, configure your Windows Update to auto update. On all machines. That way the rest is done by the machines. Just schedule the machines to auto update at a certain time.
