Below is my HijackThis log.  I noticed something really odd, it is not actually the reboot that changes my home page.  If I load IE immediatly after rebooting while ad-aware is still doing its startup scan I'm fine.  It looks like ad-aware is changing it.  I changed it back, then ran "Ad-aware.exe +c" and sure enough as soon as it finished my home page was changed again.  Wierd huh?

Actually the file cusrvc.exe is part of the NetWare client.  That webpage says the worm tries to delete it.

I found the problem by running a manual Ad-Aware scan.  Apparently it identifies "about:blank" as a "blacklisted" site.  The problem must have started after a dat file update.  Who knows when they added that to their list.  I added it to my ignore list and it seems to be fixed now.  I've included below the ad-aware notes.  Thanks for your help!

It seams you don’t have adware because generally it would redirect you to a damaging web site; however, if your trying to change your home page check to see if you have administrative rights and no group policy is applied. Additionally, check to see if your ntuser.dat is not set to ntuser.man.
