Question

Events 5781 and 5774 in System Log of Windows 2000 Server

I am getting Events 5781 and 5774 in System Log of Windows 2000 Server, approx. every 2 hours.  I looked up the logs on Microsofts site and the info they have doesn't seem to be related to my problem.  

Was wondering if anyone had any suggestion?
