Urgent - Windows 2000 domain time sync isus

I have a domain with two Windows 2000 servers acting as DC's.  Both servers are in diffrent phisical locations.  I have one server (Not primary server) that every 24 hours needs to be rebooted becuase the time is not in sync with the other server.  I get an error when I try to log into the server that says the "time on client is diffrent the time on server".  All my pc's in this location get this error too (All are XP pro).  I have reapplied the service pack 4 to the server.  I ran the recomended net time switches.  No matter what we do, after 24 hours the server is no longer synced with the other server.
