prodier... they are obviously viewing their sessions in full screen. I would decline users the right to surf the web in that manner. Your opening you TS to a whole host of problems, not to mention the fact it does not make a lot of sense. Have them either view their session in a window instead of full screen or have them Alt-TAB to IE on their desktop.
If they are connecting to the TS session through MS VPN client that would explain the problem better, they would not be able to access the internet while connected. That is when it is nice to be using something like Cisco's VPN client. Good luck conveying your concerns. MSGeek.
