System event log says "A duplicate name has been detected on the TCP network"

I have six WIN2000 servers (their names are server01 to server06).

server01 is the Primary Domain Controller
server06 is the Backup Domain Controller

All six servers are connected on one physical LAN as part of one domain that has 20 XPpro clients ( names are desktop01 to desktop20)

I have started to look closely at the system events logs for each server and have observed the following message appearing

Source NetBT
Event 4319:
"A duplicate name has been detected on the TCP network. The IP address of the machine that sent the message is in the data. Use nbtstat -n in a command window to see which name is in the Conflict state. "

This message never appears in server01's logs but has appeared in all the other server logs but most frequently in server06 logs.

Is there a tool/utility of any kind that I can use to get the names of all the PC's on the network to see which two have the same name ?

In the meantime, I have used the NBTSTAT command

(typically) NBTSTAT -A 192.168.1.201 (IP address)

from my own desktop (desktop20) returns

Main problem here is i do not understand what it is telling me in this machine name table e.g. what is in the 'TYPE' column but also how did the name KVAUGHAN get in the list. This is the users name at that PC but i don't understand how it appears in the name table?
