You are not authenticating to the domain. Try this, logon with a different domain account and then back on as this user. Does that fix it??
If not, I would copy this user's profile to the Default profile, then remove from the domain and then rejoin the domain. Does that fix it??
Lastly, if it still does not, after copying their profile to the default. I would logon as an administrator and delete their profile. Then logon as that person again. The system will build a new profile and authenticate with the DC.
Make sure your network settings are right, WINS and DNS pointing to the DC.
