Can you check if this happens in multiple machines and if Firefox (www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/ ) is also affected? It could help narrow down the potential causes..

From
http://webfx.eae.net/webboard/?action=display&id=1276&group=data/dhtml

Microsoft (according to my memory) has admitted that the fatal error may occur when you are using @import to import style sheets under certain circumstances.

Could this apply?

:-)

just now searched in my application for @import ..... we are not using @import style sheets

This problem can be caused by an infection by a Trojan horse or worm that changes the Windows Hosts file. If the computer is not infected, then the problem can be caused by a conflict with an old version of a CompuServe file named RpaWinet.dll. In some cases, it can be caused by a failed installation of Norton AntiVirus.

Our clients are big companies.  We can't just ask them like update the all the systems with runtime components.

What they said is we are update to date of all the windows, office service packs.

In our environment only one time we got this error.  In clients' system it is occurring multiple times.

Anyway we are in the process of convincing the client to install the service packs

Thanks for your time,

Your code has got something which is giving this error. Posting your code may help to solve the problem.

we are not getting this error in one page to post that page code.  we are getting randomly this error.

and our application is one mail window contains 7 frames.  left side tree navigation. top frame contains  tab stops.  middle frame contains actual data pages.  and some hidden frames which contacts the server in specified intervals to get the status of server side objects.

If its a random error it cud be driven by a memory leak. Have u tried running this on a different system? Its possible that a certain application running might be causing this. Try and post a log of Hijackthis from http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/ and then post the log file here. Also  you mention "and some hidden frames which contacts the server in specified intervals to get the status of server side objects." Any chance that if it cant contact the server it returns this software. I mean it needs to get a response to work fine else it crashes.
