Unable to access hosted websites internally using FQDN (Fully quilified domain name)

We have 4 websites Hosted on one of our server. We are using host headers for the sites. I am not able to access any of these sites internally using the FQDN however I can access most of them using the IP of the server. The sites are on a windows 2003 server. Our domain is mydomain.domain.com.
