Windows 2000 Server time adjusting

I have a client who seems to have a problem with his Windows 2000 server advancing the time daily on local workstations. We have replaced the CMOS battery but this hasn't fixed the problem. The time on the workstations is typically adjusted twenty minutes forward. This creates problems for the users who are using multi-user Quickbooks and other programs which require synchronization. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
