I have had this problem before and it always resolved itself when the servers rebooted, however it is not resolving itself this time. How can I resolve this issue?

I resolved this issue myself. The problem was with a second NIC (gigabit for backups puproses on a seperate network) getting in the way. It likes to register itself in DNS. I disabled that nic and flushed/registered DNS and all was well.
