Experts,
I'm in a bad pickle here, I've been on site for a client all day, basically they called and stated that they rebooted the server and it came up with NTLDR is missing, press CTR-ALT_DEL. So I went and booted into the console and restored the original ntldr and ntdetect.com and ran fixmbr and fixboot, all to no avail. I checked the disks for errors and still could not find a solutions. These two drives are in a RAID-1 using an Adaptec 2100s Card and they are all Optimal. So I ghosted the drive and just delted the partition, ten created the partion, and went to reinstall Windows 2000 Server. Once the file copying of the first part was finished and it reboots, I get the same NTLDR is missing, press CTR_ALT_DEL
I'm at a major loss here as to why this happening, even after a format. I've done pretty much everything I could that I found for solutions by serching for NTLDR and still cannot figure this one out.
Hope to hear soon for some experts, because I don't know where to go from here.
