If I log in with administrative privilege and plug an USB device the found new hardware wizard appears. Then I have to install the driver manually on system32 folder. I supposed is for that reason the users get the administrative right message, because the OS dont find the driver automatically. How can I fix that???

I think the core .table files are corrupted in operating systems.
I am not sure if these file can be replaced, you may want to replace drivers and drivestor foloders from a known working machine, restart and give it a go.

First is to ensure that the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ CurrentCon trolSet\Se rvices\ all USB keys start value is 3.
s have SYSTEM user full access.
Also ensure C:\windows\system32\driver
Its the inbuilt user System that installs this auto dirvers, if the permission are for this Windows will install driver automatically.
Also go to Device Manager an uninstall the " ? " which was a result of the failed driver installation.
If it doesn't fix let me if this is the case with every usb device or few specific?
what machine hardware
is it XP or 2000
Good Luck
