Export to file for Multiple OUs from Active Directory
In the Active Directory Users & Groups console, create a view that contains only the columns you want in your output file (View menu - Choose Columns). Select the OU you want to export from so it is visible in the console.
If you have multiple OUs, Is there a solution for single steip to export for all OUs?

If you have multiple OUs, I prefer you to try dsquery or adfind.
For EG, if you want to get the display name and email of users from domain users OU, here is the dsquery script.
dsquery * "Ou=Domain Users,dc=domainname,dc=com
Redirect the output and you can repeat the same command with different OUs as per your requirement.
