If you have multiple OUs, I prefer you to try dsquery or adfind.
" -attr displayname, mail
For EG, if you want to get the display name and email of users from domain users OU, here is the dsquery script.
dsquery * "Ou=Domain Users,dc=domainname,dc=com
Redirect the output and you can repeat the same command with different OUs as per your requirement.
